Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order, rather than taken from mass-produced stock. We believe this is a better way to make products as it helps reduce waste, avoids unnecessary overproduction, and allows us to create each order fresh.

Import Taxes and Duties

Our products are manufactured and shipped from the United Kingdom.

For orders shipped within the United Kingdom, 20% VAT will be applied to your order.

Orders shipped to the United States will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - import taxes will be included in the cost of your order.

For orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world, you will be liable to pay any import taxes/duties upon delivery.

Dispatch Times

Our standard turnaround time for production is up to 5 working days before your order is dispatched. Delivery timing will depend on where you are located.

In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an update, explain the delay, and let you know what options are available.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the size of your order, the quantity ordered, your delivery location, and the shipping service selected at checkout, orders may be shipped using one of the following carriers:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • DPD
  • USPS
  • DHL

Packaging

Our packaging varies depending on the product ordered, but we aim to use eco-friendly packaging throughout.

The vast majority of parcels are shipped plastic-free.

Tracking

Tracking is available for most orders after dispatch.

For UK deliveries sent using Royal Mail Recorded, tracking is typically only updated at collection and delivery.

If tracking is included with your chosen shipping service, your tracking number will be sent in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, particularly for orders handled by USPS.
