Refund policy

All items sold on this website are produced to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or fault, including the packaging if applicable

Once we have reviewed the information, we will either:

  • Provide a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund where appropriate

Made-to-Order Products

All products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s specifications or produced to order.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for items that are unwanted, ordered in error, or where the customer has changed their mind.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
